We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're happy to offer a return or exchange within 30 days of the order delivery date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original condition

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • In its original packaging

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Please contact our customer support team at headelf@santamod.com to obtain a return authorization number.

  2. Ship Your Return: Ship your return to the address provided by our customer support team. Please include the RA# on the package.

  3. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged.

  • Custom Products: Due to the nature of custom products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been personalized.

  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and issue a full refund or replacement.
